Responsibilities

• Defining product features according to customer needs.
• Estimate the resources and participants needed to achieve project goals.
• Ensure that all projects are delivered on-time, within scope and within budget.
• Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for the flawless execution of projects.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Computer Engineering, MBA or related field.
• Proven working experience as a Project Manager / Product Owner.
• Solid technical background, with understanding or hands-on experience in software development
and web technologies.
• Outstanding communication, interpersonal and negotiation skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong organization, prioritization and time management skills.
• Cost and risk management skills.
• Ability to multi-task and work under pressure.
• Knowledge of Agile methodologies.
• Understanding of capital market, financial product (e.g., Stock, Mutual Fund etc.) is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop for full stack web applications including front end website architecture,
  user interactions on web pages, back-end website applications, APIs, and servers and
  databases functionality
• Reviewing code work for accuracy and functionality
• Creating and implementing design plans
• Analyze requirements, design and develop features
• Collaborate with team to deliver quality outputs across the full life-cycle software
  development for the production software and applications
• Liaise with Product Development team to plan new features
• Provide recommendation and technical assessment on technologies and innovative solutions
  which meet both technical and customer needs
• Training and mentoring junior level
• Keeping up to date with industry trends and technology developments

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree or higher in Information Technology, Computer Science or relevant field
• Proficiency with front-end languages, libraries, e.g., JavaScript, React.js, React Native
• Proficiency with back-end language, libraries, e.g., Golang, Typescript, JavaScript, Node.js
• Familiarity with databases, e.g., PostgreSQL, MongoDB, MS SQL
• Familiarity with Linux Operating system and DevOps culture, e.g., Docker, GitLab,
  Kubernetes, Jenkins
• Proven work experience as a Back-end developer
• Excellent analytical skills with a good problem-solving attitude
• Strong knowledge of good communication, time management and teamwork skills
• Strong knowledge of blockchain is a plus
